Your Thunder Thighs Are Beautiful!

Read this article from Reuters, you may start loving your fat thighs a little more!  It says it’s better to have it there than in the belly.

My  theory about belly fat, is that if you do the Yoga poses that bend you forward over your belly, it helps the fat cells release anything stored in them that is toxic and cause inflamation in the system.  In the the Big Yoga Hatha 1 DVD, there are 2 versions of the forward bends, that can help with these issues, and also help to reduce abdominal fat.

You are beautiful, no matter how big your thighs are.  This summer, make sure you get out and enjoy the lush bounty of Mother Nature, and appreciate Her abundance.  You are a part of that.
