Looking ahead to a short week in March. Come and share a delicious vegetarian meals, meet new friends, enjoy a variety of practices, including kirtan (chanting), meditation, asana, pranayama, and Aqua Yoga .
If you’ve never been on a retreat, it’s a transformative experience. Leave all your worries behind, and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and the calming influence of the yoga practices. We’ll give you a good workout too!
In addition to dipping in the ocean, we’ll dip into the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, one of the key texts of Yoga philosophy, and see how it can be helpful in daily life. And we’ll do a little more chanting, enjoying its heart-opening effects.Retreat
